Apartment D1 is corner 4th floor apartment with stunning views of the Acropolis. It is located just 150 meters from the Acropolis museum and just a short walk to the Historic city center. With balconies that span around the apartment you can sit out and enjoy your coffee or wine whilst basking at the breathtaking views of the rock of the Acropolis. An apartment filled with natural light in every room, it features a foyer, a sitting room, a dining room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room, two toilets and a fully equipped kitchen. Grand Apartment
Located in the heart of Athens this second floor apartment with beautiful tree filled views of Kallirois Avenue. It is located just 200 meters from the Acropolis museum within walking distance from the Historic city center. It’s an open spaced apartment filled with natural light in every room. In its 110 square meters it features a large sitting room, a dining room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful balcony with wide city views. The first bedroom features a king size bed, and the second bedroom two twin beds furnished with high quality linens, goose down pillows, and specialty mattresses designed to provide you with the most relaxing sleep experience. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space. Our custom designed dining table can accommodate up to eight guests. Two beautiful custom made lounge chairs provide with extra sitting room, while two very comfortable couches invite you to relax and spend time in the vast meticulously decorated sitting room. Both couches can be converted in to beds and provide extra accommodation should the need arise. All our bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and a blow dryer. Shampoo, Shower gel and other amenities are provided by the renowned brand Korres. Free wifi and two LCD TV sets, central heating and air conditioning in every room are the finishing touches of this elegant and fully functional apartment. The Grand apartment can accommodate 2 up to 6 people.

Junior Apartment
Junior Apartment D5 is a corner 4th floor apartment with stunning views of the Filopappos Hill and it's ancient monument. Located at approximately 500 meters from the Acropolis Hill and the Acropolis Museum within a short walk to the historic city center. Easily accesible to all public transportation just 150 meters away from the Syggrou/Fix metro station. An apartment filled with natural light in every room, featuring a foyer/ dining room, sitting room, two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender). The customed designed dining table can accommodate up to five guests while the comfortable signature couch and chairs invite you to relax in the sitting room. The specially made couch can easily -just in a few seconds- be converted into a queen size bed providing extra accommodation should the need arise. The sitting room and master bedroom areas are specially designed to be connected providing guests with a hotel suite feeling. Separated by a custom designed wooden revolving door that offers (when closed) the adequate privacy between the two rooms or if it remains open, provides the feeling of a unified space. The Junior apartment can accommodate 2 up to 5 people.

No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 4 days before confirmed arrival date between the 1st of April to the 31st of May ,7 days on low (1st of January to the 31th of March & 1st of November to 31st of November) & middle season (1st of December to 31st of December) and 14 days during high season(1st of June to 30th of September & 1st of October to 31st of October). Any cancellation made within 4 days during 1st of April to the 31st of May, 7 days during low and middle season or 14 during high (1st of July to 31st of August), results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.
